I am Indian and Working in Qatar Airways,Qatar and I want to Apply for USA B1B2 visa because I want FAA A & P License ( its License for Aircraft Mechanics ) and its scheduled only in USA and i want to apply from India with my wife as we are newly married couples and I want to take her with me so that we both can spend some time together.
This course is for around 30 days max.
If I get FAA A&P license I have opportunity to get promotion and I can call my wife in Qatar.

My question is that can I apply for B1B2 visa for this short training and exam.
Is it fine if I apply with my wife.

I have invite letter from institute in USA and NOC from Qatar Airways, Bank Fund Letter,Marriage Certificate, hotel booking, Airlines tickets. Is this all documents enough or I should add some more.
