Our Client is a FMCG company producing superb snacks in commercial quantities.
We are launching a robust ROUTE 2 MARKET for some of their products as the company plan to increase its market share in SW Nigeria.

Phase 1 FOCUS : Ibadan, Oshogbo, Abeokuta, Akure, Ore, Ife & Ilorin + entire LAGOS State.


The following are thus required ASAP

1. Team Leaders - to recruit and coordinate groups of merchandisers/canvassers/hawkers ( young & vibrant field salesforce)

2. Zonal Sales Rep. - to enlist distributors and manage sales activities.

Requirements:

* Field sales experience is a MUST.
* Academic qualification is desired but NOT compulsory. ( NCE/OND/HND/BSC)
* Candidates MUST reside and have good knowledge of the location

Renumeration:

BASIC SALARY + Uncapped incentives + (T/fare, call card, refreshments)
