Overall Job Purpose:
• Jegin consult is looking for an administrative Assistant for the Lead Consultant.
• The officer is responsible for providing the support for the lead consultant
• The individual would be working from the Jegin Consult office located in Woji, Port Harcourt.

Job description:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Perform data entry and scan documents.
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Run company’s errands.
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Provide Operational support

Desired Qualification and Skills
• Any Good First degree
• Hands on administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Outlook a must.
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
• Good research skills and attention to detail.
