Thank you Sagiru.

I have to say I am disappointed with Gazzuz. This is not because he refused to solve my car problem. No businessman is obliged to deal with all customers seeking to do business with them but mutual respect is fundamental.

My impression of him right from the moment I called him till this point is a bad one.

He picked up my call and I mentioned my name, then said to him 'from Nairaland'. As I made to explain the purpose of my call, he interjected saying 'you are not calling from Nairaland. You are calling from your phone'. This was his immediate priority; to correct my grammar. And he didnt intend for this to be a joke, at least not in the way he went about it and/or i perceived it. It felt like 'get your expression right before calling'

I informed him of my car troubles and he requested me to create a thread and mention him. I found this strange and quite unconventional as I had hoped to agree a time to take my car to him or buy parts. My car wasn't going to get fixed on Nairaland but he insisted. I thought this was more of a marketing strategy.

Well, his attitude continued here. Notice his first and only response to my thread.

There are possibly over a hundred reasons why he couldn't attend to me as I hoped. To do so without regard is unacceptable.

Ofcourse I sought help elsewhere as the market is bigger than anyone person but I think he would benefit from this feedback.

I am sorry.

Fixing your car was not an option, as it is not supported in my workshop, based on its age.

As per my inability to respond to your query on nairaland the 2nd poster gave you a rundown of most of your issues, you could have quoted me for more info.

As for the quoted, I give free consultancy Nairaland for irrespective of my workshop support, I was only offering to help you remotely for free.

Glad you were able to fix your car.
