importantly if the apartment you are offering is in bad shape or in a slum-looking enviroment.
With a little more added to that, I can get a 2-bedroom apartment in Ikorodu and its environs, it's just that, Ikorodu is too far for me.

I don't think its unfair to demand something fair within that price range
