The LGBT+ community has been one which has garnered media attention both positively and negatively. While some may be averse to the growing community, others who are not part of it believe that they deserve equal rights with the next heterosexual person.



According to Wikipedia, Transgendered people are people who have a gender identity or gender expression that differs from their sex.

This causes them to undergo changes surgically and with the use of Hormonal Replacement Therapy in order to express their chosen gender. They also go ahead to change their names, pronouns and/or style of dressing.

In our society, stereotypes of the definition and description of both genders abound and many people do not feel they quite fit into the stereotype associated with their gender and feel caged trying to fit in.


Those who do not conform and are prepared to go the extra mile to live their dream of being an opposite gender undergo ‘trans-formation’.
