I agree that there will always be bad eggs in every profession.

However, the truth is glaring. How ready are real estate investors willing to accept the truth.

Imagine an investor wanting a plot of Land at Lekki/Ajah with Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) for 1 million Naira. How is this magic going to happen, please?


When a genuine property agent tells them this is impossible, and shows them a fast-developing property their budget can afford.



Guess what their response will be, "I have someone who gave me a property for that amount at Lekki".


What do you think this investor will get? It's all a SCAM.


BUT REMEMBER, THE TRUTH WAS PRESENTED AT SOME POINT. He/she only chose to believe the lie.
