A company in Port Harcourt received this list from the community as "homage" for the end of the year 2017. For those who cant see the letter clearly, the letter requests for, 10 bags of rice, 1 cow, five goats, 100 tubers of yam, Brandy, Wine, Executive Hamper and over 600,000 in cash for Chiefs, Elders and the Community Council.
