This Saturday, the residents of Eifans road (an outskirt) of the heavy Industrial shoe producing powerline area of Aba saw a blood spill this Saturday morning.

Every morning of the last Saturday of the month in Nigeria is used for clean up (Environmental sanitation) and powerline task force took it to the extreme once again on this day.

However there was no death but two head injuries (broken heads) and one deep cut in the arm and some other minor injuries all inflicted on the powerline task force by the Eifans shop owners.

The cause of the fight according to our source said:

“THIS MORNING WHILE THE RESIDENTS AND SHOP OWNERS IN EIFANS ROAD WHERE DOING THE NORMAL CLEAN UP (ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION), THE POWERLINE TASK FORCE CAME TO OUR AREA AND RANG THE BELL ASKING FOR OUR SHOPS TO BE CLOSED FOR CLEAN UP. THEY WHERE TOLD THAT EIFANS ROAD IS NOT AFFILIATED OR LINKED WITH POWERLINE (MINUS THE ROAD CONNECTION)...
