Obviously body work, small dings, scratches, light panelbeating, and some body filler job must be done. So it's been reworked.

Undisputable.

When I was young.. My neighbour bought a Benz.. He never drove the car more than 3 km. His office and house was just a walk through.. We lived in a very small community... With locals due to the nature of our parents job. one day he decided to paint... When my dad asked him d reason, he said his paint was fading and he needed a new look.
To us the Benz was still looking OK but he painted it nonetheless at a painters workshop not far from our house.... Would I consider it not a first body?

First body means the factory body and paint.

Hence, the Benz having been resprayed, is no longer carrying it's first/factory body.
