We all know there are things a warrior should stay away from, things like stress, cold among others but most of these things we have little or no control over them therefore I have compiled some things we have control over, grab a cup of water and enjoy.


Alcohol: Youths nowadays has cultivated the habit of taking alcohol indoor and outdoor, some take it because of friends or just to feel among while for some it is inbuilt (Lol, I don’t even know what that means).
Dear Warrior, no matter the temptation from friends, enemies or alcohol itself do not drink alcohol because alcohol causes dehydration as it decreases the body’s production of ant-diuretic hormone which makes your body loses fluid than normal through excessive urination.
