The factory is located in a fenced out premises of about 15 plots of land with two buildings and a large factory warehouse. It is well equipped with four latest model paramax drive Mau Ban Lee Expellers of 15 metric tonnes per day capacity each. One Mau Ban Lee Filter Press Machine, a 300 tonne capacity storage Tank, a 90 tonne capacity overhead hopper, kernel elevators, cake elevators, various conveyors, complete electric control panels, PKC silos, sludge sieves, welding machines, pumps and complete factory tools and equipment. Assume to crush 25 metric tonnes per day,

Prices at Enugu as at 23rd of March 2010,

Palm Kernel Nuts (PKN) = 65,000 per tonne
Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) = 173,000 per tonne
Palm kernel Cake (PKC)= 10,000 per tonne
Palm kernel Sludge(PKSl)=20,000 per tonne

YIELD:

At normal yield of 40%
25 tonnes of PKN costing 65,000 x 25= 1,625,000 would yield thus;
10 tonnes of PKO =173,000 x 10= 1,730,000
12.5 tonnes of PKC=10,000 x 12.5= 125,000
1.25 tonnes of PKSl=20,000 x 1.25= 25,000
Total 1,880,000
Gross Margin 1,880,000 less 1,625,000 = 255,000 per day
Assume 50% charge as operation and other expenses
255,000 divide by 2 =127,500
In six working days 127,500 x 6 =765,000
In four weeks 765,000 x 4 = 3,060,000

You could take home a net profit of 3,060, 000 per month

NOTE: Factory can be operated on 24 hrs bases using electric generating plant that uses converted condisate fuel at 55 naira per litre instead of 110 naira per litre of pure diesel using the 'decarbonizing plant system' thereby cutting costs by half and increasing profits. We can supply the leasee with the technology.
