Building a naturally healthy world is not at all a necessary priority for majority of persons in the world today.

But that is the only way forward for a world that has become as unhealthy as an obese person who just can’t let go of pork meat and sweet beverages.

Despite the world’s best attempt to raise the standard of living, materially and health wise, for everyone everywhere.
The sad truth still remains, that the world is becoming more and more unhealthy with each passing day.

The rate of sexual and heart diseases is on the increase, as well as obesity and the evils of diabetes.

People in the health sectors are trying but like always the people are not fully involved in the whole process as they should.
They are not carried along as partakers in the charge for a healthier world but as spectators.

I believe the first path towards a naturally healthy world is the path that makes everyone one of us naturally healthy.

That is, remove sickness and diseases as the major causes of death among humans.
When humans are healthy, the world would become an healthier place. Because they have become healthy they would readily go against environmental health hazards that would, if not removed affect their health.
Now let us take a look at some statistical facts that shows how far we are from becoming a naturally healthy world.

According to WHO
Top 10 causes of death worldwide.

Of the 56.4 million deaths worldwide in 2015, more than half (54%) were due to the top 10 causes. Ischaemic
heart disease and stroke are the world’s biggest killers, accounting for a combined 15 million deaths in 2015. These diseases have remained the leading causes of death globally in the last 15 years.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease claimed 3.2 million lives in 2015, while lung cancer (along with trachea and bronchus cancers) caused 1.7 million deaths. Diabetes killed 1.6 million people in 2015, up from less than 1 million in 2000. Deaths due to dementias more than doubled between 2000 and 2015, making it the 7th leading cause of global deaths in 2015.
Lower respiratory infections remained the most deadly communicable disease, causing 3.2 million deaths worldwide in 2015. The death rate from diarrhoeal diseases almost halved between 2000 and 2015, but still caused 1.4 million deaths in 2015. Similarly, tuberculosis killed fewer people during the same period, but is still among the top 10 causes with a death toll of 1.4 million. HIV/AIDS is no longer among the world’s top 10 causes of death, having killed 1.1 million people in 2015 compared with 1.5 million in 2000.

Road injuries killed 1.3 million people in 2015, about three-quarters (76%) of whom were men and boys.

In summary those are the top killers in the world.

And when you take a look at that list, you get to realize that the world is indeed a sick place.

Those top 10 killers could be contained if people were willing to live life the healthy way.

If people are willing to live life eating well, exercising well, quitting bad lifesyle on a daily basis then the world would become a naturally healthy world.

In other words it is a healthy people that can build a healthy world. Humans are like the internal organs of this world.

No matter how clean and healthy the world may look it is nothing if the humans inside it are sick and frail. Eventually it would give up on itself from the inside.

Therefore the government and the people should come together and plot a way forward.

I believe eating good foods is the first step. Good foods would help contain the issues of obesity and diabetes. As well as provide abundance of antioxidants through the simple mean of food consumption.

The next step should be the containment of environmental pollution. We need a healthy environment to remain healthy.

A naturally healthy world is a possibility that needs you and me plus the assistance of government and other powerful organizations.

There Are Various Benefits Of A Naturally Healthy World.

And the core of it all is that we get to live a life where sicknesses and diseases are at their lowest rate of existence.

We get to eat healthy and live healthy. A life where stress and mental fatigue is almost old fashion.

A naturally healthy world should be the top agenda of government and people everywhere.

It is the first step to Paradise.

For those who might be finding it hard to understand, naturally healthy world is one in which nature comes first.

A world where nature is the basis of every other thing. It is to live according to nature.
To become natural again. To drop the artificial ways of life that has only succeeded in making us more sick.

A naturally healthy world is a world by nature and for nature.
