The Edo State Police Command has launched investigation into the death of a fresh graduate of the Auchi Polytechnic Miss Uloko Lawrenta Apaume in her hostel.

The lady was allegedly killed by a stray bullet fired by members of the vigilante invited by her landlord on Friday, a day after graduating from the Polytechnic.

According to gathered that the landlord of the hostel invited vigilantes to the hostel to provide security for HND graduates celebrating their graduation.

But in the course of the celebration, the vigilantes started firing into the air to celebrate with the graduands and a stray bullet hit Apaume.
