Chapter One.
It was fifteen minutes-it seemed like hours, days since he had fallen into the thick of the enemy warriors at the battle of Aka, He had fallen straight in the way of the leader of the forsworn-Oshaka, the grotesque and migjty warlord of the Esho army. But he had been saved by the red eye.
Amidst the thunderous hoofbeats and warcry, he had lost tracks of the ranks of the rebels and had run headlong through the front line. Blood spluttered over and all around him endlessly, then he saw that he was at the bloodiest clash in the battle, where the rebels called "the burning spot", he was before the mighty Oshaka, flanked and heavily guarded by the Esho horsemen.
With a turn of the head, he saw the warriors' dark eye fixed at him, then the warriors charged towards him in a strange inhuman grunt. It was his first battle and he was lost in the chaos, right into the midst of the legendary Esho.
He could try to grope and fight his way out to the open, but then he still would be dead before he manouvered

his way out of the burning spot.
As the warriors charged towards him, it seemed to him like they did in a slow drawn motion.
He reassured himself "I am Goku Serige da Birama, cipher of the brotherhood"
He steadied himself, gripping his horn-hilted sword till the veins bulged in channels on his hand.
"A brave man dies but one" a voice echoed from the depths of his memory, it was his father's voice. If he had to die, he would fighting like his father had not running.
As they cantered towards him, he too charged raising his sword high in the air.
"For Osai"
He swung the sword with such force that it dented the helmet of his first assailant and sent him crashing off his horse onto another assailant. He marveled at the new energy coursing through him. An energy from the sheer war spirit. An energy synthensized by the experience of a near death.
A spear came into his full veiw thrusting towards him with such a speed that he merely acted out of instinct. The spear swung just over his head, its whim

ruffling his dark hair as he ducked.
The Esho was now unguarded and off balance. He had to act fast. He raised his head and struck his sword straight for his bare unarmoured chest. As his sword nicked his assailants skin, a huge wooden spear parried the atrack and the sword flew out of his hands. He looked from the spear to its bearer and cane face to face with the warlord. It was then he knew the wooden staff wasn't a spear. It was the `Invisible', the second weapon of the gods, and twin of the `red eye'. He would be dead in the end. A horseman cantered towards them, he could make out the black flag in the horseman's hand. It was the brotherhood's. Sara, her long brown hair plaited in a pony tail flew with the wind behind her, he could make out the wide grin she often wore on her clear cut face and her pair of dim eyes.
"I'm in the middle of battle, near death" he chided himself and scanned his circumference for a stray, fallen weapon. Anything to defend himself, to put up a fight before he
