Hello partners, here is brief UPDATES from the conference.
1. A new company called Asia Trade is taking over the AGAM fund and moving the head quarters from Cape Verde to Hong Kong.
2. The New Owner is Mr. HEUNG SUP HAN ( a South Korean ) 58 years old and owner is Asia Trade ( a Holding Company with several IT and Financial Companies).The new company acquiring the AGAM fund so AGAM will now be part of a bigger conglomorate based in HONG KONG.
3. In line with the new acquisition, the new coampny Asia Trade will need to transfer accounts and huge amount of data from AGAM to Asia Trade. This transition will require at least 12 weeks to complete and ensure that systems are running properly .
4. Questrworld will continue it's work and next round of Global leadership training from 1st of December 2017.
The international conference scheduled for 12th to 17th December has now been rescheduled to 22nd to 28th of January 2018 to enable Asia Trade to finish up the acquisition process.
5. During this process, the financial transactions will temporarily be suspended until the complete take over is done .
I therefore urge all partners to be calm as we seek for clarity and more information on this new acquisition.
