Last week saturday, i was researching ways to buy and import some things on aliexpress down to lagos. What i was trying to import was a replacement screen for my Redmi Note 4x.

I've heard so much about chrisvicmall so i decided to give them a try, i placed an order through them for my items on aliexpress

initially i recharged my account with 11,000 (i paid online through their portal) for my items. I tried reaching them on saturday, but no answer (first red flag). I come back on monday and see that two of my items has been canceled and i was never notified about it, they could've called or atleast sent an email, but i got nothing (second red flag)

i spoke to one of their representatives online(ify), and she told me that those items were canceled because the aliexpress seller didn't take the $5 shipping fee, i should've been notified of this, but she assured me that if i added more money to my cvm account they would deduct the excess from it, okay fine. i made a bank transfer this time, 10k to recharge my account, i come back to the website today, my items are still canceled, and the remaining item has been under processing since monday. wow, Ok . I decide to speak to a representative, and he tells me i would have to place new orders for the items that were canceled. This isn't what i was told, (third red flag). That's it, i'm done, i don't know what sort of business these people are running where the representatives tell me different things so i decide to cancel my orders and request a withdrawal, i'm sure there are other better shipping services with reliable services and better customer support. only for the to tell me it would take 1-2 weeks for them to process my withdrawal. 1 - 2 weeks! lool, it's fine. while 20k is a lot of money, i've learnt my lesson. (Turn back at the first red flag!)

NEVER USE CHRISVICMALL FOR ANYTHING!

Why not open aliexpress account if you have ATM card that's enabled for online transaction? You van open a Post Office Box as well. It's very cheap and your small purchases can be sent through it while big ones are sent by dhl. That's my method on eBay, Amazon and AliExpress.
