In as much as the results were horrible, it is not an Avenue for the government to sack the teachers . Obviously, the government is looking for a way to reduce the work force so that they would reduce the number of people they would be paying salaries to. Seminars and trainings should be organized for the teachers frequently so that their knowledge would be upgraded. 1 Like |
