After all the hypes, advertisement and intimidation this great device from one biggest brands, the device still come out with bugs? Currently now, some users of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Smartphone complains bitterly of freezing issues.


Lot of users at Samsung's official forums are seriously complaining that their devices are freezing in different use-cases.

The major use-case that affected users are reporting is the freezing occur that while the user try accessing the contacts app – whether directly or indirectly (like, during calls or through the Phone or Messenger apps).


Is this not a device that cost $1000? to own this Galaxy Note 8 smartphone you need to have roughly 400k Nigerian naira .


The moment the device freezes, it becomes unresponsive to an extent that you have toa force restart device, or leave the phone's battery to drain completely (which is eventually, a restart).


REGIONS MOST AFFECTED USERS
The issues is affecting many regions, not just a particular country or region as people from the US and even Europe are facing it. Samsung has been silent about this.


HERE’S OUR TIPS ON AVOIDING THIS PROBLEM

while waiting for Samsung to respond to this issue, here is how to avoid freezing or hanging issues on your Galaxy note 8 device.

1. Ensure that you are running the latest OS version and, if not, install the update as soon as it’s available.

2. Check your apps and read their review on Google play store to identify problematic apps and uninstall it as fast as possible. This can be done by reading user review and areas people are complaining about in the use of a particular software and the developer cannot provide a feasible solution.
3. Get use to restarting your device at intervals at least once in two days and also learn to clear cache of the phone.

4. Identify application that makes the Note 8 crash, and select the options labeled as Clear Data, respectively Clear Cache (this can be done in settings).

5. To solve internal memory issues take your time to do some serious sanitation and cleaning.

6. Consider the last solution that will wipe all your data and all your freezing and crashing causes. But Backup your device first and then, learn how to do factory reset a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and do it.

Its a bug a Samsung software update will easily address if its even true.

All mobile phone brands at one time or the other released flagships that came with bugs which are addressed by updates.
