hmmmm
So soldiers just stood and watched while men of the underworld had a field day in an open market in brood day.
This can only happen in a failed state.

...After I got jack around Alausa sometimes in July 2017.

I conclude that even if there a Policeman standing beside you don't 'think' all is well. Because those boys can 'rob' you, give the Policeman His Share and use the Money to Buy Drugs and Alcohol in your presence.

You doubt my assumption?

Once it is 7:30pm. try and stop your Car at Anthony Bus stop, Iyana-Isolo, Iyana Oworo etc...

Especially now that Mr. Ambo is doing the way he like. Also Lagosian should brace up for January.

Don't open your door or gate for an armed robber
Braking and entry is part of their duty.
