SamistN: Real estate deals in PH is marred by dearth of professionalism. I was trying to lease 2 plots and the price was very exorbitant. Why lease when I can buy? I decided on outright purchase. Now check this out: Agents' fee: 5% Attorney's fee: N70k ( I had to correct some grammatical errors in the deed and had the lawyer redo it. Yep! So much for professionalism. Bush entry: N50k (What the hell is that?) Survey: N? Excluding the agents' fee and cost of lands, I gave them N200k. Does it even make any sense? |
