The processing and facilitation charge is N250,000.00 which covers cost of application form, documentation and facilitation fee. Applicant is to complete an application form with some required documents. Once the application is approved the buyer will be notified to make 5% down payment and thereafter will be allocated a unit of flat which he/she can move in immediately and the balance payment will be spread over 10yrs at monthly repayment rates stated above.

An interested buyer can also buy outrightly, first he/she will submit an application with some required documents. If the application is approved, the buyer shall be notified to make 30% of the sales price and thereafter shall be allocated a unit of flat.
