sorry I Made a mistake.... is 32 not 28... you can use it for personal assumption, and
there's always a difference of 1 or 0 points

I think this is wrong... To convert from Celcius to Fahrenheit, just multiply the given value by 180 and divide by 100. Finally add 32 to the answer you get... Easy right? So, converting 5 degree Centigrade to Fahrenheit gives:

Now, add 32 to the answer:
9 + 32 = 41 Degree Fahrenheit
