Due to expansion in our operations and having recently started operating our agency banking, we are currently looking to engage independent mobile sales agents in various locations within and outside Lagos. Applicants particularly from areas like Alagbado, Agbado, Ifako Ijaye, Badagry, Agbara, Ibafo, Igando, Ofada, Alakuko, Ota, Ikorodu, Ojo and other outskirts of Lagos or areas with no identifiable bank presence are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities
The independent sales agents will report to the marketing co-coordinator and will be responsible for direct sales, marketing, promotion and provision of micro financial services to existing and potential customers.

Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Prospecting for new potential clients
• Promote/Market and Facilitate sale of HACKMANPAY product at your location.
• Track and report daily transactions especially failed transactions
• Maintaining personal relationship with clients

Remuneration Package:
35% -40% commission on all transactions(deposits, withdrawals, transfers or bills payment) , ranging from NGN30,000 – NGN150,000 monthly based on the number of transactions made.

Working Hours:
Agents are responsible for choosing whether to work full time or part-time. Candidates are also at liberty to choose their own working hours. However, they must maintain constant contact with our coordinator and keep a particular volume of transactions to beat their targets.

Requirements:
Successful applicants must have:

• A flare for direct sales and field marketing (this is not an office work) and for business owners, a physical place for
• An interest in working for a finance institution
• Basic internet and computer knowledge
• Relevant previous marketing experience (this will be an added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work based on commission only
• Must be willing to work independently with minor or no supervision

Academic Qualifications:
An OND/HND/University degree or equivalent qualification is desirable. However, O’level certificate holders with relevant, marketing experience and most especially business owners looking for an additional source of income can apply
