Good morning business and import gurus. Please I need your help. I spoke with one lady on alibaba and her price is very cheap on the goods I want to buy plus free shipping but she claims Alibaba only offers escrow for suppliers in China while she's in Thailand. Then I asked for another escrow provider and she said PayPal. But I've never heard PayPal offers escrow. Please what do you guys think? Thank you as I anticipate your views and suggestions on playing safe. THANK YOU!!!! |
