depends on how you sleep.prepare your mind consciously before falling asleep. raise your spirit level by praising, pray for protection. The flesh is just matter.the spirit is how brave you really are.

Say you refuse to be defeated or overpowered before sleeping every night and notice a change in your dream pattern. Trust me, you will never be on the losing side again in your dream. It's your consciousness that's interpreting your dream. Don't be scared and always see yourself as superior to any other entity you see either alive or in dream state. You are your own God
