My friends husband died this morning He died because the doctor said his sugar level rose up Please what can one do to keep your sugar level normal? Thanks |

Simple avoid eating anything that has too much sugar. Sorry for your loss though |

Preciousgirl: He must have had diabetes. Go for a sugar level test at a hospital or health center. Then get advice from your doctors. It's not only refined sugar that increases your sugar level, certain foods and drinks contain a lot of sugar o them. Just go for medical checkups at least 3 - 4 times a year. |
