RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
1. Lead, direct and mentor administrative staff to achieve maximum output.
2. Assist and support sales and marketing teams to maximize revenues.
3. Answer and respond to customer inquiries.
4. Build customer relationships.
5. Assist and support accounts department in financial operations.
6. Assist and support processing payroll records.
7. Ensure timely completion of financial and other administrative audits.
8. Prepare and analyze financial statements for the management team.
9. Manage databases and document processes and systems implement.
