Probably he was transferred from a city where he collects bribe illegally and indulge in all forms of atrocities to a remote village where people hardly commit serious crimes other than 2 fighting. It is enough for the useless guy to commit suicide. They should have let him do it. These men in black are worst than armed robbers. |
