Sales and Marketing Executives sell the company’s goods and services. Sales and Marketing executives approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintain good relationship with clients. You will also be responsible for making repeat sales to the company’s existing customers. You will conduct research, evaluate product demand, establish pricing strategy, identify a target audience and determine the best way to reach that audience.

We are looking for a young, competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintain customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through direct marketing, cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements
• NYSC Corper
• Proven experience as a sales executive.
• Proficiency in the use of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree/ HND in any discipline
• PASSION FOR SALES
• Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation skills, Client Relationships.
• Direct or Inside Sales Experience a Plus
• Retail Experience a plus.
