WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

Job Description
o The Warehouse Executive is part of the outbound team and this role is responsible for recording shipments as assigned to dispatchers.
o Keep records of inbound and outbound of shipments into the warehouse.
o Organize the floor operations to conform to standards.
o Ensuring that there is quality reporting End-to-End.
Duties & Responsibilities
o Receive and dispatch goods and record stock movement.
o Maintain stock records on system.
o Ensure the correct packages are shipped to respective customers.
o Ensure processes are followed as regards to operations flows/matrix
o Orders issue resolutions
o To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness
o To be involved in reconciliation of physical order received with the orders issued to different regions.
o Ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse.
o Prepare reports on all orders shipped to various locations.

Requirements
o Minimum of HND
o At least 2 years’ experience in Logistics and warehouse management
o Good written and Oral Communication skills, work well within a team environment
o Attention to details and the accuracy surrounding completing tasks.
o Disciplined in time keeping and achieving daily outputs as required
o Good knowledge of Microsoft tools especially Excel
o Excellent knowledge of dispatch management
o Must be resident on the Island
