Job Description

Develop unique designs in line with the brand's vision
Develop advertising and marketing strategies
Execution of advertising and marketing strategies
Deal with customers as well as handle new customer leads
Assist with sourcing fabric for collections
Oversee the manufacturing process
Work with the pattern maker to develop design patterns
Prepare manufacturing schedule and brief for tailors
Ensure efficient production and quality control of manufactured clothes
Handle petty cash
Assist with photoshoots and any other events
Assist with digital related marketing activities
General administrative duties

Qualification and Skills
University/HND or OND graduate
Computer Literate
Trained in Fashion Designing
Ability to sketch designs
Creativity
Good organisational and leadership skills
Knowledge of different kind of fabrics
Ability to source the right fabric for designs
Ability to work independently and also as a team member
Excellent command of the English and a traditional language
Excellent communication skills and extreme patience to work with tailors
A passion for fashion
Understanding of the internet and social media
