The case has been assigned to FCT High Court No. 32 Jabi, Abuja, for trial by the Chief Judge of FCT, adding that the suspect was charged with culpable homicide punishable under Section 224 of the Penal Code.

Evans actually pleaded guilty the first time he was taken to court. The second time, the prosecution amended the charges and he changed his plea to not guilty. Sometimes it is actually our prosecutors that act like they don't want a case to be wrapped up quickly.

The death penalty should be by hanging so she will feel the pains knowing well she's will die.
She deserves it.

What about that Lady that stabbed her husband in Ibadan ?
