Greetings!

Can someone in the house give me a professional advice as regards decking and roofing?

I am about to perform a 28m by 13m, 150mm thick decking in Ajah. I have two sets of numbers. I want to be informed. Which is appropriate?

340 vs 300 bags of cement
3 vs 7 trips of sand
5 trips of granite (no conflict)
6.5 vs 9.5 tons of y16, y12 and y10 for beams and slab reinforcements
750 vs 1020 bamboo sticks

The labourers are charging 300k casting, 230k carpentry, 180k iron benders, omo onile 110k (2 families) for the decking.

Which is the realisitic one as per a standard job? Is there anything more special about the decking than the german floor? Are these charges reasonable or I should look elsewhere?

The roofing has a calculated 'area' of 610m2. How much wood and aluminium (longspan 0.55 gauge) do I need?

hello larimo,i do concrete casting full time, without wahala and also with reasonable price for the amount of work you want to do,as for the quotation of the work you want to do,i don"t know maybe you are using the 30,25 or 20 tons truck all the same lets use 30 tons four trips of granite, 20 tons six trip of sand, 300 bags of cement , enough water, for the price of the work i will certainly do it for less you can reach me on 08029859799 thanka

Its too much, I've property that i finished 2years ago,i got 2 knw Iron bender and
carpenters are not expensive when it comes 2 labour fee.

What abt d decking.still interested in my service.

Read my posting for the actual amount (not an estimate) I spent on some items for a similar project. Go to https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-397598.0.html and see the last entry on page 1. The location is different,  but at least you get an idea about the quantity of various items I purchased. For example, your decking should not take more than 250 bags of cement. My duplex has not yet been roofed.
