My payoneer account details were recently compromised.

I contacted the support centre and explained to them, they immediately blocked/limited sending & receiving on the account because I had like $3k+ sitting there.


They now asked for my ID and date of birth as well as instructed me to take a snap with a piece of paper citing the word "PAYONEER" on it.


Yesterday, being Friday, I sent them, actually even managed to send th my bank account statement to correlate the account name.

I want them to simply change email address for me so that I will continue logging in using a different email totally.


Please has such happened with anyone else here? How was your experience?

I heard they don't work weekends right?.
