Hello great folks, Pls can anyone help me out, I need a heads up on how to go about protecting a business idea before going out with it. I dont want the hawks stealing my stuff just cos am a startup. Wish I could help the way you want but even a professional will need to be clear whether what you really need is a mere non-disclosure agreement, copyright, trademark or actually patent as you state, amongst others. In Nigeria, the copyrights regulator is distinct from that of trademarks and patents, so it would be tough work if one starts to write out a step by step procedure out for you. |
