Settle your scores and protect ur business,
The implication of the message been sent around portrays that,
'if I buy phone or anything from you, and face similar problem, this is how you are going to treat me or others' especially if bigger money is involved, so you have to clear that .....


Also going through the said thread, it's enough for people to run away from you, you couldn't defend yourself properly or beyond measures, others complained too, and you even insulted some persons because you could not contain their words or insults, you have to learn that you should be tolerable as a businessman, you don't reply everybody, the primary focus is the money you need from your customer no matter how little or big, it's part of ur economic turnover,
