Pls, someone should help me. Mcafee antivirus came with my laptop but i can not activate it. I use phone modem to connect to the internet. But it will return an error 'no internet connection'. I ve even tried it in a cyber cafe but to no avail. Pls i need the help of nairalanders.

Thanks deji, but that does not seem to solve the problem. I think that the problem is from my system. It's like some programs cannot access the internet even though I'm connected to the internet. Maybe there are some settings that I need to do. Maybe someone should help me withh my internet settings so that all programs can detect my internet settings.

Delet the antivirus and reinstall it again.
