I would say that depends on the kind of chieftaincy title, what it signifies and the kind of responsibilities expected of the titleholder

Nigerian pastors and respect are like Police and Bribe.

Any Pastor that collects a chieftaincy title is first a criminal and not a true man of God, the practices that goes with becoming a chief are highly diabolical and involves taking of an oath, why would any true man of God or Pastor partake in this dirty act.

Here in ondo town, Christians are the majority.

My dad is an Evangelist, likewise he also hold one chief titles in ondo town.

So their is possibility of pastors become a Chief in one of the Christians state In Nigeria...


Also in ondo state, have seen where a Pastor become King...
