As a nigerian in diaspora i am thinking of buying a house in nigeria something like holiday house, at least for me and my family to have where to stay instead of wasting money on hotel whenever we visit nigeria. Not sure if 15million can buy a 4 bed duplex house in lagos?. I really love duplex but not sure which one is better between duplex, bungalow or block of flats?

15Million won't get you a 4bedroom duplex alone not to talk of duplex with C of O.
