Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Lagos.

Job description:
o Ensure the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
o Ensure the development and implementation of facilities acquisition and maintenance policies, processes and procedures.
o Ensure all physical assets (e.g. buildings, furniture, equipment, etc.) are properly maintained and secure.
o Review and authorize key expenditures/ transactions of the department in line with approved department budget and organizational manual of authority.
o Develop and ensure on-going review an update of health, safety and environmental policies and guidelines in line with regulatory trends and corporate objectives.
Requirements
o First degree in Social Science, Business or humanities
o Not more than 26-30 years old
o 2-3 years relevant work experience.
o Excellent interpersonal skills.
o Ability to effectively manage organizational resources.
o Adequate problem analysis and solving skills.
o Proficiency in multi-tasking and use of office productivity tools.
o Strong negotiation skills
o Demonstrate organisational and time management skills;
o Demonstrate the ability to manage priorities;
o Excellent computer skills
