If I were to be the President of Nigeria, I will ensure that the country’s constitution be amended to include the following in the appropriate section;

“Anyone aspiring to be a President, Governor and Local Government Chairman MUST sign a statement which states that “He or She agrees NEVER to propose or execute any new project until all the hitherto uncompleted ones have been completed, no matter who or which party started them.” He or She must also sign a statement accepting an immediate removal from office without any delay if found wanting in this regard.
