I think the waiting seems to have been over after a circular was released on the Date about the NYSC 2016 Batch B Stream II Winding up and passing out parade. Earlier today, several Corp members from some states have been receiving their double allowances and this is very encouraging because the payment of final allowance is an indication that the passing out parade programme is around the corner.
