Rwanda Government Place Total Ban On Shisha by Marveleuphoria: 8:14pm On Dec 19, 2017
The Rwanda Government has placed a total ban on water pipe tobacco popularly known as 'Shisha'. Shisha is popularly used in shows and club houses.

Started from December 15th the government placed a public ban on it. And advice all citizens to abide to the new changes or law.

A statement signed by the Health Minister, Diane Gashumba, said the ban was in pursuant to a World Health Organization (WHO) advisory note.

“The note expressed that shisha tobacco smoking is damaging, addictive and dangerous on human lives. Adding that the smoke from shisha pipes contained intoxicants that were harmful to human health.

Other countries that have placed ban on this shisha of a thing includes, Tanzania, Jordan, Pakistan among others.

Nigeria is planning on joining the list pretty soon.

now ordinary Shisha is now bad how can we now survive all the stress in this country if we are not allowed to get high ?
