A young man, identified as Mr Francis Agba was yesterday shot by suspected assassins in Ekpan area of Delta State. According to The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) the victim, a worker at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), was shot around the General Hospital, Ekpan in Uvwie Local Government Area. https://www.ireporteronline.com/nddc-worker-shot-suspected-assassins-delta/
