Advantages
Very good light
lots of space
lively environment
no need to pay agreement, commission and damage fees again (which amounts to 130k)

Disadvantages
no water (buy water on a daily)
entrance to the compound is occupied by hausas dealing in condemned iron (its not that bad tho)
Well water is only good enough for flushing toilet


rent expires next year by October
