A suitable candidate to fill the position of HEAD OF HR (This position is based in Port Harcourt).

The role holder will lead and develop the HR team to ensure the function has a credible, proactive and constructive contribution to the growth of the company. He/she will be involved in recommending and implementing strategies and policies to support the company’s growth ambitions.

Candidate should have 10-15years HR Generalists experience and good grip of recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, HR analytics and reporting, performance management as well as learning and development.

A good first degree in Human Resource Management or related field as well as a professional certification in HR like CIPM, CIPD or SHRM is a key requirement. A Master’s Degree or higher will be an added advantage.
