Perhaps the most important information about the entire thread is the entry visa and all the information surrounding it.

Please note that VISA REGULATION INTO RUSSIA FOR THE PERIOD LEADING TO AND THROUGHOUT THE 2018 WC HAS BEEN RELAXED.

Anyone travelling to Russia before and during the World Cup, until otherwise stated, can do so "WITHOUT A VISA".

That's in quote because there's what has to be done to be eligible for entry.
