But in the dark Where tranquility abode And shadows hover Only a glimming light seen  Where the dark is Impounding a bloom Of a plum blossom In the dark The mark of dark (evil) Wilderness of fright And frays of damn Diminishing guts Increasing feats of fear Over a lilo gut Yet in this comes a peck A glimpse, stretched single ray Of a lit candle Which drives away Deep darkness hovering Placing guts over fear Producing courage And a lingering spirit to proceed... |
