Enugu is great, but the issue of water affects some places. I don't know your budget, so I can't recommend anywhere for you yet till I know your budget range.

The water issue is disturbing at times.. Most especially if you've lived in stats where water has never been an issue...

But trust me,its nothing you can't adapt to.. People have be thriving and surviving very well despite it

All the same, GRA is lonely - which means you can't keep late nights. if you are looking for a more adventurous place, you can try out Emene, Abakpa, New Haven, and Gariki side. You can have all your fun and still be unharmed.

GRA, Independence Layout are quiet places and anything can happen there.

Okpara Avenue is okay for me. If you have a place to stay there, you can take it ASAP.

Its not that the govt hasn't done anything about the water ish.. Is js that they haven't done enough...
.and don't compare Lagos to Enugu.. Lagos is close to river na abi ocean.. And that's where the major port is.. So there's gonna be enough development there



If you're not the kind of person that likes rowdy places, stay at independence layout... I stayed there for 5 years and never experienced any security issue's

New heaven is the best in term of security and water availability both rent is expensive 400 or 450 for one bedroom flat
